Fresh Start Fast Track®
From $500 per person
Fresh Start Fast-Track services are ideal for uncontested divorce situations or if you are in agreement with most issues. You require a basic separation agreement and assistance to complete the process. The following also apply:

You have no minor children

There is agreement on spousal support, if applicable

There are no shared marital assets, including a jointly owned matrimonial home, claims on pensions, investments or significant debt

Agreement to provide all relevant financial information as required

You are not self-employed, neither is your spouse

Both reside in Alberta or were living in Alberta at the time of separation
Fresh Start Signature®
From $2000 per person
Fresh Start Signature services are ideal for couples who may not agree on all separation issues but are prepared to enter the mediation process, committed to finding a mutually agreeable resolution. The following also apply:

You have all or some agreement on child custody matters and all or some agreement on child and spousal support payments, as they apply, but you could benefit from further facilitated discussion

Have a single property in Alberta, jointly owned, with some shared assets and possibly some shared debt

Fresh Start Estate®
From $3500 per person
Fresh Start Estate services are ideal for couples with more complex situations. Your situation may require additional sessions or support to accommodate a broader range of requirements. This package is ideal if the following apply:
